At Loora, we've made returns simple, flexible, and stress free.
Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Return Window: 30 days from delivery

Refunds: Available for pre-orders canceled within 7 days of purchase only

Processing Time
Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7 business days. If there is an issue with your return upon arrival, you will be contacted by contact@malaren.fr
Store credit is issued via email — it never expires and can be used on any future order.
Return Window
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Returns requested outside this period or that don't meet policy criteria will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following standards:
Items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or other signs of excess usage.
Tags must still be attached to the product.
The item and its packaging must both be in good shape.
The barcode sticker must still be on the polybag packaging and be clearly visible (this is what our warehouse uses to identify the product).
Non-Returnable Items
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
